You can reschedule your cleaning through your Ruum account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We'll help you find a new time that works for you.
Ruum subscriptions offer recurring cleaning services at a discounted rate. Choose your frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and we'll automatically schedule your cleanings. You can pause or cancel anytime with no penalties.
To join Ruum as a cleaning provider, complete our online application form, pass our vetting process (including insurance verification and background checks), and attend our onboarding training. Contact our Provider Support team to get started.
All receipts and billing information are available in your Ruum account under the "Billing" section. You'll also receive email receipts after each service. For additional billing questions, contact our support team.
